Bhagwan Marine, Australia’s leading marine solutions provider to the Oil & Gas, Resources, Civil Construction, Marine Logistics and Defence industries is very pleased to announce the opening of its new head office at 251 St Georges Terrace in Perth’s CBD.
“We made the strategic decision to re-locate our head office to St Georges Terrace in Perth to benefit from a number of efficiencies, and to facilitate growth through strengthening relationships with our major clients, most of whom have offices in the same precinct”, said Bhagwan Marine’s Managing Director, Loui Kannikoski. “And I am happy to say that we are seeing benefits from the move already.”
There has been a sharp rise in industry confidence in 2018, according to a new study by DNV GL, a technical advisor to the Oil and Gas sector. Mr Kannikoski yesterday said, “There is no doubt that this is great news for Bhagwan Marine, however I still believe diversity is the key to growth during times like these. Whilst servicing the Oil & Gas industry will always be at the heart of our operations, I am equally buoyed by the fact that we have balanced our portfolio you might say, over the past few years by achieving growth in other key areas such as marine support for the Civil Construction and Defence sectors.”
Current work on the Amrun Project, a major construction project to support mining operations in Weipa (North Queensland), as well as the Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade Project, a construction project to widen a major arterial road along the Brisbane River, being two such examples of Bhagwan Marine’s broadened focus.
Bhagwan Marine have offices and support facilities all over Australia, and in recent years there has been a strong international focus as well, in 2014 acquiring UK based Marine and Towage Services (MTS) who operate all throughout Europe, as well as recently completing a 2 year construction project in Far East Russia.
