Project Overview
Tripartite Agreement between Bhagwan Marine Pty Ltd (Bhagwan), Jadestone Energy Australia Pty Ltd (Jadestone) and Vermilion Oil & Gas Australia Pty Ltd (Vermilion).
Bhagwan Marine entered into a four (4) year Tripartite Agreement between Jadestone and Vermilion with both Operator Parties (Jadestone and Vermilion) requiring similar services and similar types of vessels. The agreement was drawn up to formalise costs, schedules, and other matters relating to the share vessel services.
Following the Initial term of 4-years completed, the contract has been extended in 2023 for a further 3-year term, and a 2-year extension available.
Bhagwan Marine Operates the Athos (AHTS) in the support of offshore Oil & Gas fields of the North-West Shelf. The Athos is a DP2 Class Vessel, and it primarily utilised by the Operator Parties for Offshore supply runs and Offtake Support. As part of the scope of services Bhagwan includes the coordination of wharf side logistics and vessel scheduling in accordance with the client’s operational plans.
