Bhagwan Marine has secured a multi-year contract for Riverside Guardian with a global Tier 1 energy company, supporting operations within Australia’s offshore energy sector.
The two-year contract, with options to extend for a further two years, will see Riverside Guardian transition from its previous local charter operations into a significant longer-term offshore deployment.
The award brings together the capabilities of Bhagwan Marine and Riverside Marine, combining an expanded offering with established customer relationships and experience supporting Australia’s offshore energy industry.
Bhagwan Marine Managing Director & CEO Loui Kannikoski said the contract was a positive result for the business and an example of the opportunities being created across the combined group.
“Securing a multi-year deployment for Riverside Guardian with a global Tier 1 energy company is a great outcome for our business and our people.

The contract is expected to commence shortly, marking the beginning of Riverside Guardian’s new multi-year offshore deployment.
