INTEGRATED MARINE CAPABILITY

DEFENCE

Supporting Critical Operations, Logistics and Infrastructure.

Bhagwan Marine supports Defence and Government readiness through an established Australian operating base, in-house crewing and the capacity to coordinate marine resources at scale.

More than 25 years of delivery across ports, offshore assets and coastal environments informs how we prepare, mobilise and sustain operations. Backed by Australia’s largest diverse fleet, our technical facilities and delivery partnerships bring together the practical capability needed to support exercises, defence activations, marine logistics, infrastructure and ongoing operational requirements.

Established Capability.
Sustained Delivery.

Our experience has been developed around operating ports, offshore assets and demanding coastal environments, where safe access, reliable logistics and continuity of operations are essential.

Coordinating marine operations requires an understanding of how work on the water connects with engineering, shore support, approvals and project schedules. Bhagwan brings these responsibilities together, drawing on established operating systems and delivery relationships to manage the work from preparation through execution.

Supporting Defence and Government Operations
Marine Logistics and Deployment Support

Vessel and barge transport, cargo movements, towage, transfers and mobilisation to support infrastructure projects, exercises and coastal operations.

Marine Infrastructure and Sustainment

Constrution, inspection, maintenance and repair of Port Infrastructure, Moorings and Navigational Aids at scale

Vessel Availability and Operational readiness

In-house crewing, technical management and maintenance bring together the people, systems and resources needed to prepare vessels for deployment and sustain operations. Drawing on established shore support and operational experience, Bhagwan coordinates mobilisation and ongoing vessel management to support availability, reliability and continuity of service.

Research, Survey and Technology Support

Marine platforms and operational support for scientific research, environmental investigations, subsea surveys and technology trials, working alongside research organisations and technology partners.

Experience
Government infrastructure

Appointed by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority to provide regional navigation-aid maintenance services in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

Working waterfronts

Underwater rehabilitation at Port of Melbourne’s Appleton Dock, delivered around continuing shipping operations.

Subsea technology trials

Vessel support for UTEC’s deepwater autonomous underwater vehicle trials off Western Australia, providing a marine platform for technology testing and validation.

Facilities That Support Delivery

Readiness extends ashore. Bhagwan’s Henderson technical facility and operating locations across Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland and Victoria provide a foundation for vessel preparation, maintenance, crewing and project mobilisation.

Connecting these locations with operations on the water supports the coordination of personnel, equipment and logistics before deployment and throughout delivery. For Defence and government agencies, this provides an established operating base from which to plan and sustain marine activity.

Practical Innovation.
Operational Performance.

Experience with hybrid propulsion, remote survey delivery and autonomous-system trials informs how Bhagwan applies technology in operating environments. Working with technology partners, our focus is practical: improving efficiency, managing exposure to risk and supporting reliable marine delivery.

Assurance Behind Operations

Quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems support how work is prepared, controlled and delivered. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification provides a foundation for consistent processes and responsible operations.
